Kristy Stephens joined us March of 2025 with the feline program of Jasper County Humane Society.

Her passion is tending to the hundreds of ferals throughout our county on a daily basis. This involves feeding many colonies, TNVR within our community, and provided medical care to those felines in need.

Kristy and her daughter Baleigh have sacrificed their lives in order to make sure the feral feline communities are well cared for.

Kristy will also house the kittens/cats that she feels are able to be rehomed instead of releasing them back in the wild.

Her mission is to have all colonies in Jasper County under control to curb the overpopulation of the felines.

Kristy has succeeded in TNVR’ing over 100 cats to date.

It is a pleasure and honor to have her on our team!!!
