Our Adoption Process:
We want to ensure each and every one of our dogs goes to an excellent home, so we have a very thorough adoption process. Here is a brief overview of what you can expect when applying to adopt a Whisker Warriors cat:
1. Adoption Application – Complete your application here: https://form.jotform.com/251937025620049
2. Review – Your application is reviewed. This includes vet check, reference check and property ownership verification or landlord approval. We not only take into consideration your history as a responsible pet owner but if the cat(s) for which you have applied are a good fit for you. Please know our priority is placing our animals in the right home for them.
3. Meet & Greet – Meet your potential new kitty! This can happen several different ways such as: on neutral ground if you already have a pet or it could be during the home visit. Each adoption case is different.
4. Home Visit – Once your application is approved, the next step is a home visit. Your home doesn’t have to be spotless, and it is totally okay if it looks like you live there! We just want to ensure it will be a safe environment for your new cat and you are prepared for your new addition.
5. Trial - Once the meet and greet has occurred, and all seem eager to move forward, we want you to welcome the cat into your home for a trial period. We ask that it be a long sleepover when you have several days to devote to this new addition. We want to make sure ALL living bodies involved are happy with this new arrangement and lifestyle. It may take 3 days, it may take 7 - this will totally be dependent on you.
5. Finalization – The last and best step! You love your foster cat and want it to be part of your family forever! Let your adoption coordinator know, and we will begin to prepare your adoption packet. This will include the adoption contract. This can be done thru email, or we may want to come in person to tell our baby goodbye!! Once the adoption is finalized, the cat is officially yours, and the microchip will be transferred into your name!!

Meet Batman
Batman is a spunky, playful boy with a big personality to match his name! This sweet guy turns just about anything into a toy and is always ready for his next adventure. If it moves… it’s fair game.
He’s incredibly loving, but like many playful cats, he may give you a little nibble or swat during playtime—it’s all part of his goofy charm. Once he’s gotten his energy out, Batman is more than happy to show his softer side and soak up some love.
If you’re looking for a fun, entertaining companion who will keep you laughing and then curl up for some affection, Batman is your guy.
Meet Rue
Rue has been through more than any cat ever should. She was found in a homeless encampment with a collar painfully embedded into her neck and body, leaving her unable to move properly. Despite the pain, hunger, and fear she endured, Rue never lost her loving spirit. She’s been healing beautifully and is so ready for a fresh start.
Rue loves attention. She may have an independent side, but her favorite place is right next to you—or better yet, in your lap. She soaks up affection and is happiest when she’s getting pets, cuddles, and just being close to her person.
She’s a gentle, resilient girl who deserves a safe, loving home where she can finally relax and be spoiled the way she should have been all along.

Meet Binx
Binx is the definition of love wrapped in a tiny, furry body. This sweet girl came from a tough start—found roaming a homeless encampment, hungry and scared—but you’d never know it from the way she loves with her whole heart.
All Binx wants in life is affection (and yes… snacks too!). She’s incredibly loving, playful, and full of personality. She can be a little vocal at times, but that’s just her way of asking for more pets and attention. And once you start, be prepared—she will happily curl up in your lap and stay there for hours.
Binx is looking for a home where she can get all the love she deserves. She thrives on attention and would do best with someone who’s ready for a constant cuddle buddy.

Meet Opal
Opal and her siblings are currently in animal control, and the loud, stressful environment is tough on such a young kitten. She’s around 8–10 weeks old and has the sweetest personality—playful, affectionate, and she loves love.
She’s looking for a home through our foster-to-adopt program.
Adoption Fee: $125 – includes vaccines, rabies (when age appropriate), microchip, and spay/neuter (when age appropriate)
