This dog has more personality in one paw than a whole sea full of animals.

He makes his foster laugh on a daily basis but also, she cries.

She cries because they ADORE each other, and as badly as she wants him as her own, she has other dogs that will not allow that to happen.

Therefore, he stays in an outside kennel where he is well behaved but sits patiently waiting for his outside playtime with her.
